Kistos acquires 10% stake in Ringhorne licenses from Vår Energi

Kistos has acquired a 10% interest in Ringhorne licenses PL 169E, PL 956 and PL 956B from Vår Energi for $12.9 million, adding 4.3 MMboe in Norway’s Balder Area.
