New York Stock Market Mixed, Tech Stocks Rebound Tech rebounds after AI regulation fears; Nvidia, Micron gain

The U.S. New York stock market opened mixed. Tech stocks, which had shown weakness due to concerns over artificial intelligence (AI) data center regulations, are attracting bargain hunters.

As of 9:35 a.m. local time on the 6th, the Dow Jones 30 Industrial Average at the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) fell 470.30 points (0.91%) to 51,052.76 compared to the previous session.

The Standard & Poor’s (S&P) 500 Index rose 21.68 points (0.29%) to 7,375.41, while the Nasdaq Composite Index climbed 251.58 points (1.03%) to 24,566.57.
