The sound of engines gathered beneath the bridge.

Bikers flocked to Jamsu Bridge for one last ride after Seoul City Government announced a full vehicle ban starting at midnight on October 26. Motorcycles with their engines off stretched endlessly along one side of the road, while riders with headlights on slowly crossed the bridge in the adjacent lane.

A police car with flashing lights moved slowly through the crowd. Some adjusted their helmets, others held up phones and cameras—each capturing the scene in their own way.
