When Debo Adeoti borrowed N1m to convert his commercial bus to Compressed Natural Gas, he had high hopes that the cheaper fuel would ease the cost of running his business.

But his expectation has now shrivelled up like raisins in the sun. Instead of full tanks at cheaper costs, Adeoti has found himself sleeping at filling stations.
