A TWISTED ex-husband allegedly raped his stepdaughter and built a sick shrine using her underwear before shooting her mum dead in a horror murder-suicide.
Norman E. Lohr Jr., 50, is accused of years of disturbing behaviour towards his former stepdaughter, including stalking her and repeatedly breaching protection orders.
His ex-wife, Melissa K. Pelc-Lohr, 50, was found dead from a single gunshot wound to the head at her home in Moira, New York, on October 27.
