Sharad Pawar’s health improves; discharge expected Saturday as Shinde visits and discusses drought, with leaders checking on his condition.

Nationalist Congress Party (SP) MP Supriya Sule has said on Friday (November 6) that her father, Sharad Pawar, the party chief, is recovering and would be discharged from Breach Candy Hospital on Saturday morning (November 7).

He could be discharged at 11 a.m. on Saturday, she told PTI.

Leader of Opposition in the Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi, Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis and TMC chief Mamata Banerjee spoke to her over phone to inquire about her father's health, Ms. Sule added.
