Three Lions boss had previously warned that Palmer misses “too many camps” through injury

Chelsea star Cole Palmer has been omitted from the latest England squad named by Thomas Tuchel, while there are call-ups for Jobe Bellingham and Josh King.

The Three Lions carried out medical checks on Palmer this week as Tuchel pondered whether or not to include him for high-profile upcoming Nations League games against Croatia and Spain.

However, the 24-year-old has been left out by England, having previously been warned by Tuchel after withdrawing from the last squad that he misses “too many opportunities” to play for his country as the result of injury.
