Hindustan Coca-Cola Holdings, the parent of Coca-Cola's Indian bottling arm HCCB, has filed its DRHP with SEBI for an IPO comprising an offer for sale of nearly 99.75 crore shares, with a proposed listing on the BSE and NSE in 2027.
