San Francisco attorney Harmeet Dhillon has resigned from the Trump administration after leading the Justice Department's Civil Rights Division.
Harmeet Dhillon, the prominent Republican attorney who led the Justice Department’s Civil Rights Division to become an anti-DEI defender of white Christian values under President Donald Trump, has resigned from her post.

Her departure comes two days after Democrats ripped control of both chambers of Congress from a decimated Republican Party and a historically unpopular president.
