KUALA LUMPUR: Traffic on most major highways was reported to be smooth this morning in conjunction with the Deepavali celebration, with slow-moving traffic detected at a few locations along the North-South Expressway (PLUS) and the Kuala Lumpur-Karak Expressway (KLK).
