The midterms suggest the right-wing media ecosystem may be confronting a much bigger problem than audience fatigue.
It may be called the Trump Dump.
Since last spring, conservative news media outlets have seen their audiences plummet. The mighty fortress of the right-wing news ecosystem, which became stronger and bigger in the Trump years, may be collapsing.
Even its cornerstone, Fox News, has suffered large audience and ratings losses.
