Katy Perry and Russell Brand's opulent estate in Hollywood Hills is on the rental market at a staggering price. Originally acquired in 2011 for $6.5 million, they never occupied the home. Following Brand's recent conviction on serious charges in a London court, this newly renovated property flaunts an array of luxury amenities and has attracted visits from numerous celebrities since its 2013 sale.

The property spreads across three acres and offers views of the city skyline and ocean and is also within walking distance of the Sunset Strip and Chateau Marmont. The stunning Park Hill Estate was bought in 2011 by Katy Perry and her then-husband Russell Brand for $6.5 million but never moved in. Katy Perry, however, used it for yoga and Pilates and slept in a greenhouse that has since been demolished, Las Vegas hotel developer Lorenzo Douman told Yahoo. He added that when Brand bought the property, the greenhouse was a mess. By 2013, Perry and Brand had divorced, and sold the property at a loss for $5.56 million to Lorenzo.

In recent years, several celebrities have visited the property, sources told The Post. They include Drake, Adele, who hosted a birthday party there, Daniel Kaluuya, Kevin Hart, Lewis Hamilton and NBA stars Karl-Anthony Towns and Jimmy Butler.
