The public display of personalities of Miami-Dade County Sheriff Rosie Cordero-Stutz and Miami-Dade County Mayor Daniella Levine Cava has allowed us to witness the major differences in their leadership qualities.
Sheriff Rosie’s personality and ego are similar to that of President Trump. Both are bullies and lack true leadership qualities. Levine Cava has exhibited the essential qualities of leadership, which includes the ability to compromise and to discuss issues with respect.
