Fleetwood Town celebrate giant killing after knocking Arsenal out of the League Cup on penalties

Fleetwood Town have pulled off one of the biggest League Cup shocks, beating Premier League champions Arsenal on penalties.

The League Two strugglers sent the Cod Army wild in the first half when on-loan teenager Aaron Loupalo-Bi opened the scoring after 21 minutes.

Arsenal equalised in the the 50th minute through Viktor Gyökeres, who scored his first goal of the season. However, the Gunners failed to find a winner on the Fylde coast and were reduced to 10 men late on.
