Vanessa Feltz reveals disturbing sexual remark Russell Brand made about her and her daughters

The Independent · Holly Patrick ·

Vanessa Feltz has opened up about the “revolting” sexual remarks Russell Brand made asking if he could sleep with her and her daughters. The broadcaster has previously described how she and Brand were friends when she appeared on his chat show in 2006, and that she “admired his style”, but says she soon felt awkward when he made sexual remarks towards her and her young children. Speaking after Brand was convicted of one count of rape and three counts of sexual assault on Thursday (5 November), Feltz told This Morning on Friday that his comment was “a pretty revolting thing to say to anyone, especially a mum.” Brand will be sentenced on Monday.
