Cotoa restaurant from Ecuador born chef Alejandra Espinoza opens in new home in North Miami
The Ecuadorian restaurant that started in a tiny downtown food hall, then earned a designation as a Michelin Bib Gourmand, has opened in a new, larger location.
Cotoa, from Ecuadoran-born chef Alejandra Espinoza, is now located in North Miami not far from the space it moved to from the food hall counter in 2025.
