A joint multi-agency team destroyed over 1.37 lakh kg of illegally cultivated cannabis plants across approximately 458 acres in Arunachal Pradesh's West Kameng district. The operation was conducted in the Kalaktang subdivision between October 26 and November 3, 2026, as part of the first phase of an intensive cannabis eradication drive.
