Plains All American Pipeline shares fall on Q3 earnings miss

Investing.com - Plains All American Pipeline, L.P. (NASDAQ:PAA) reported third-quarter results that fell short of analyst expectations, with adjusted earnings per unit missing estimates despite revenue slightly exceeding forecasts.

The company posted an adjusted loss of -$0.04 per common unit for the third quarter, missing the analyst consensus of $0.41 by $0.45. Revenue reached $15.17 billion, marginally above the $15.14 billion estimate and up 31% YoY from $11.58 billion in the prior-year period.

Adjusted EBITDA attributable to PAA totaled $711 million, up 6% from $669 million in the third quarter of 2025. Shares fell 2.5% following the announcement.
