Nu Holdings Ltd. temporarily suspended cryptocurrency deposits and withdrawals in Brazil because of a problem with an external provider, a week after hackers stole $6.3 billion from Binance Holdings Ltd.

“All assets and information remain protected,” the company said Friday in a statement that didn’t identify the business partner. The issue isn’t related to the firm’s “infrastructure and does not compromise customer security.”
