Philippines minister describes Markle Sr photo evidence as 'deplorable'

Explicit content was allegedly found on mobile phones handed into the Philippine police by Thomas Markle’s son.

The Interior Secretary of the Philippines chose not to look at the material found so far in the investigation into Thomas Markle and allegations of child sexual abuse.

When he sat down with the Philippine National Police (PNP) to be briefed on their initial findings, Juanito Victor Remulla said the details described to him were so "deplorable’’ that he didn’t want to have those images in his head.

Speaking to me on the phone from Manila, Secretary Remulla said 7,000 photos had been recovered so far and several videos. In some of those files, he confirmed that there were children as young as ten or 11, boys and girls, engaged in sexual activities with adults.
