A woman who drove a rented a Lamborghini at speeds of up to 143mph before blaming her friend for the crash that left him dead has been jailed.

Humaira Batool reached "eye-watering" speeds in pitch-black, wet conditions before killing her passenger, 20-year-old Mohammed Shaan Hussain, in a collision on the M62 in West Yorkshire.

The 26-year-old had been taking a turn driving the hired Lamborghini Urus when the crash happened in the early hours of December 21 2022.
