KUALA LUMPUR: Bursa Malaysia has directed Zetrix AI Bhd to resolve the non-payment of its 2025 final dividend by Nov 23, 2026 and disclose relevant material information by Nov 11, 2026.

KUALA LUMPUR: Bursa Malaysia has directed Zetrix AI Bhd to resolve the non-payment of its 2025 final dividend by Nov 23, 2026 and disclose relevant material information by Nov 11, 2026.

The exchange said it expressed serious concerns over Zetrix AI’s dividend non-payment, financial position, outstanding payments to the Road Transport Department (RTD) and Inland Revenue Board (LHDN), and the resignation of its independent directors and external auditors.

Now in its fourth year, PTF 4.0 returned to the central west coast, covering 30 primary and secondary schools in Putrajaya, Selangor, Melaka and Perak.
