Missing 13-year-old boy last seen in northeast Houston found safe

The teen was reported missing after he was last seen on Monday night. His family said he was found safe Thursday afternoon.

A 13-year-old who went missing in Houston earlier this week was found safe Thursday, according to his family.

Jermael "Junior" Jones was reported missing after he was last seen Monday night in northeast Houston. His aunt, Keon Foley-Griffin, posted on social media that her nephew, who has autism, had been found safe and reunited with his family.

"Thank you so much to everyone who shared his information, reached out, and prayed for his safe return," Foley-Griffin said. "Our family is incredibly grateful for all the love and support."
