After following and even conceding appreciation over the work done in light of rampant cheating being uncovered among civil servants earlier this year, I could not escape the pang of disappointment and betrayal that is so familiar here in Thailand upon reading the headline " Exam-rigging suspects freed as investigators miss deadline".
