A rare unicorn has been spotted in the form of a filling, made-from-scratch $10 lunch in the Financial District at Sunday’s Pasta Lab. Like most lunch spots in the PATH, Sunday’s has a build-your-bowl menu that asks diners to start with a carb base (one of three pasta shapes) and add vegetables, protein and premium toppings. But since Sundays appeal lies in its freshly made, on-site pasta, first-timers should try its semolina-flour varieties as unadorned as possible.
