Tel Aviv man accused of stealing from yeshiva, denies recognizing himself in footage

Roy Cohen, a Tel Aviv resident in his 40s with 14 previous convictions, allegedly broke into a yeshiva on Rothschild Boulevard and stole tefillin worth NIS 25,000, cash, and other valuables.
