Ayodeji Fasehun, a real estate expert, in this interview with PETER DADA, examines factors behind recurring building collapses, and other challenges facing the building and construction sector
Why does Nigeria continue to record frequent incidents of building collapse despite existing building regulations? Building collapse is one of the most serious challenges facing Nigeria’s built environment, and it is something that should concern everybody. Construction is a collaborative industry.
