Tourism, agriculture, and health cooperation were at the heart of the mission carried out by the Italian Ambassador to Mozambique, Gabriele Annis, in the province of Inhambane, aimed at strengthening relations with local authorities and promoting new investment opportunities.
“Mozambique, and in particular the province of Inhambane, boasts enormous tourism potential that Italy—drawing on its experience and tradition in this sector—is ready to help develop,” Annis stated.
“Our commitment, however, does not stop there: we want to continue to be present in the province through projects and investments in agriculture as well, promoting multisectoral and inclusive development that leaves no one behind.” The ambassador met with Secretary of State Arsenia Felicidade Felix Massingue, the mayor of Inhambane, Benedito Eduardo Guimino, and the provincial governor, Francisco Pagula.
