What can you say about the incident in which some Dutch police officers were seen in a viral video physically assaulting Nigerians outside a hall?

The incident happened at Diamond Plaza, a hall in Rotterdam, on the second weekend of the month. It was a wedding party. As Nigerians, we hold most of our social events at weekends. I was not in attendance, but I know the videographer who covered the party. After making my inquiries, he gave me an account of what happened.
