Doors guitarist Robby Krieger is mourning his wife, Lynn Ann Veres, who died at 79 and inspired “Love Her Madly,” days before his Bay Area performance.
The Doors guitarist Robby Krieger is mourning the death of his wife, Lynn Ann Veres, just days before he is scheduled to return to the Bay Area for a concert.
Veres died Oct. 29 at age 79, Krieger announced Tuesday, Nov. 3, in a statement shared on the Doors’ official Instagram account. He said he and the couple’s son, Waylon, were with her when she died.
