Why do you run from discussion in Parliament? Yogi on Rahul's debate dare to PM

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Sunday lambasted Lok Sabha's Leader of Opposition Rahul Gandhi over his challenge to Prime Minister Narendra Modi to hold an open debate. Questioning the Congress leader's intent, Adityanath said Parliament was the biggest platform for debate and accused Gandhi of avoiding discussions there. "The biggest platform for debate is Parliament. There is no debate on the [town] square... Why do you want to run away from debate in Parliament?" he said, speaking at AajTak Panchayat event. He also accused him of insulting democracy. Gandhi had dared PM Modi to have an open debate while questioning the BJP's allegations of the Opposition being "anti-national" and having links with foreign forces.
