AST SpaceMobile (ASTS) said it plans to develop its own reusable rocket to deploy its BlueBird satellites in low Earth orbit, using engines supplied by Firefly Aerospace (FLY).

ASTS shares rose 2.75% in premarket trading after the announcement, while Firefly gained 12.7%.
