Boy’s ashes returned to family 81 years after A-bombing

HIROSHIMA—The ashes of 13-year-old Toshiaki Wakamoto who was killed in the 1945 atomic bombing here were returned to his family on Nov. 4, after officials found that his name had been incorrectly recorded at a memorial site.
