Sonia Gandhi voter list case: Rouse Avenue court allows fresh documents

The Rouse Avenue court has allowed the filing of additional documents regarding the complaint against Sonia Gandhi. The complaint alleges that her name was included in the voter list prior to her obtaining Indian citizenship. The Sessions Court had previously overturned an order that dismissed the complaint due to lack of jurisdiction. The matter was remanded back to the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate for fresh consideration.
